INTERNAL SALES & TELE-MARKETING
Overview of position:
- In this position you will be charged with taking in coming calls from dealers and end users with stock and product questions.
- You will be required to answer or direct all in coming calls to the customers satisfaction. In addition you will be required to processes and followup all sales issues with territory sales representatives and or customers including backorders.
- To make out-going telephone calls to dealers on a daily basis for the sales of musical instruments and accessories. Construct your given sales territory in order to develop tele-marketing program on a monthly basis.
Major activities
- Learn all in-house systems and appropriate software including dhouse, excel, Word, credit and return authority, dispatch and telephone.
- Be familiar with CMI’s product range.
- Work 40 hour, 5 day week
- Resolve any customer queries, problems or complaints
- Set-up and maintain customer lists
- Take full responsibility for all communications with your dealer base
- Attend any sales training sessions arranged
- Aid in training of any future staff involved in tele-sales
- Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations if required
- Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in tele-sales department through current dealers and other channels
- Develop relationships with a number of dealers over the telephone
- Make appropriate number of calls between existing and potential customers
- Devise customer sales programs and promotional activities
- Be diligent in all your activities to customers satisfaction

Warehouse Storeman & Packer Plus Guitar Maintenance Set Up
Warehouse Storeman & Packer duties:
The person in this position will be required to carry out general warehouse duties including but not limited to, Picking of stock from an order, packing of a picked order, unloading containers, plus carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
Guitar Maintenance & Set up duties:
In addition to the above the successful applicant will be required to carry out some minor maintenance on guitars including setting up of the action on new guitar.
The successful applicant:
• Must be a guitar player
• Must have had some experience in carrying out minor maintenance on guitars including basic setting up of the action.
• Be fit for warehouse work, experience is not essential.
• Have sufficient literacy to read orders and pick them without error.
• Have a good work ethic,
• Be diligent and able to work without supervision.
• Have a good eye for detail.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
