ALTERNATIVE FOR ARTURIA’S SINGLE INSTRUMENT PACKS
Arturia have announced a new product called The One, which
is a way to try out every one of Arturia’s current software
instruments before deciding on the ‘one’ you want.
The One includes a DVD containing eight of Arturia’s
virtual software products and their manuals. The One lets
the customer try them all for 15 days before choosing a single
title to keep by activating the single license contained in
the box.
The One is the same price as a single Arturia instrument,
so the customer gains the opportunity to try out Arturia’s
entire suite of software instruments for the same price as
one. If the customer wishes to activate a second or third
instrument of their choosing, they simply need to return to
the dealer to purchase additional ‘The One’ packs
as necessary.
Main Features include:
• A choice of eight virtual instruments : 7 accurate
emulations of legendary analog synthesisers (Analog Factory
2.5, Minimoog V 2, Moog Modular V 2.5, ARP2600V 2, CS-80V
2, Prophet V 2, Jupiter 8V 2) or the virtual acoustic instrument:
Brass
• More than 400 carefully selected presets for each of
the synthesisers in the pack
• Smart preset managers to organise the presets: view
by name, instrument, type and project
• Each instrument functions as a VST, AU, RTAS or stand-alone
unit
The One will be available in Australia
in mid-April and is the flexible stocking solution which replaces

Legendary Arturia Favourites
get a makeover
In line with the recent makeover Arturia
released of their legendary emulation of the Minimoog, Minimoog
V2, Arturia have just released CS-80V2 and Moog Modular V
2.5.
For customers who already own the original CS80V or Moog Modular
registered in their user accounts, these updates can be claimed
right now, free of charge! Customers about to purchase CS80V
or Moog Modular V2 as individual boxed packages or as part
of the Vintage Collection, V-Collection or 10 Year Suite bundles,
will also be able to take advantage of this free update path.
From the perspective of dealers, any existing stock may be
sold as though it were already CS80V2 and Moog Modular V 2.5
respectively. The free upgrade paths apply also to those with
NFR licenses of CS80V and Moog Modular V2 which will be welcome
news to dealers and their staff who have been issued with
NFR licenses.
To claim the license upgrades simply log into your Arturia
user account held at www.arturia.com. Assuming you've already
registered the licenses of the original versions, adjacent
to the serial numbers listed for these titles you'll find
special buttons which initiate the painless process to claim
licenses for these new versions.
In keeping consistent with the copy protection scheme used
for newer titles in Arturia's range (Prophet V, Analog Factory,
Jupiter 8V, Brass and most recently Minimoog V2), Arturia
have employed the e-Licenser system (formerly known as Syncrosoft)
for authorisation. This is great news from the perspective
of re-sellers since the original CS80V and Moog Modular had
paper-thin copy protection, thus becoming incredibly popular
with the crack using community. Users not in posession of
a USB e-Licenser dongle can unobtrusively make use of the
Software e-Licenser (SeL) method to store their license on
their hard drive, however, in order to enjoy a portable license,
we encourage adding the license to a hardware e-Licenser dongle
