TIPS FOR SUBMITTING SUPPORT ENQUIRIES

  • Please always include the serial number for the software/hardware product you are seeking support for.
    If the product is one of Arturia's Syncrosoft authorised applications, please include the dongle serial number (visible through the outer shell of the dongle).


  • Please always include specific details about your computer system.
    Often enquiries received fail to mention at least some kind of basic information about the computer system which just adds delay to the time it takes to arrive at a solution. Please always include the following information:
    - Computer Type (Mac or PC, Laptop or Desktop)
    - Operating System (e.g. MacOS 10.5.3 or Windows XP, Windows Vista32)
    - Processor Type and speed (e.g. Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz)
    - Amount of RAM installed (e.g. 2Gb)
    - Audio Interface Hardware
